We’re seeking a highly technical and analytically minded

Senior Analyst, Learning Systems

to architect, optimize, and sustain the data infrastructure behind our global learning ecosystem. This role goes far beyond content management — our LMS is a mission‑critical enterprise platform, and we need someone who can bridge

IT, HR, and Learning Operations . You’ll ensure the accuracy and integrity of people data across systems, manage complex

API integrations , and bring automation and efficiency to our LMS workflows. The ideal candidate thrives where

Workday, Litmos, and other HR systems . Can create

repeatable processes and API workflows

that make our operations more efficient. Operates independently while collaborating closely with the Director of LMS & Technical Support and cross‑functional partners in HR, IT, and Compliance. Loves data structure, detail, and automation — and can turn complex reporting into actionable insights. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

System Integrations & Technical Operations

Own and manage

API integrations

between the LMS (SAP Litmos, Workday Learning or similar) and enterprise systems (Workday, SSO/IdP, HRIS, CRM). Build, monitor, and troubleshoot

data feeds (SFTP, API endpoints, flat-file transfers)

to ensure accurate user provisioning, role mapping, and real-time updates. Map and manage people data fields (employment type, job code, region, manager hierarchy) critical for training assignments and compliance reporting. Validate and debug

SCORM/xAPI/Tin Can course packages

to ensure seamless functionality across devices and browsers. Oversee

single sign-on (SSO) configuration , access management, and identity governance. Act as the

primary technical liaison

with the LMS vendor, managing upgrades, testing releases, and escalating incidents. Implement system automations to reduce manual admin overhead. Data, Reporting & Analytics

Develop and maintain dashboards in

Power BI, SQL, or Litmos Analytics

to measure compliance, adoption, and performance. Perform

data validation and root‑cause analysis

on anomalies or failed data syncs. Create APIs and custom reports to deliver actionable insights to HR, IT, Compliance, and leadership. Drive data governance and ensure compliance with privacy, security, and regulatory requirements (GDPR, union CBAs, etc.). Provide actionable insights and trend analysis to HR, Compliance, and leadership teams. LMS Infrastructure & Diagnostics

Monitor system performance and

error logs

to proactively identify issues before they impact users. Conduct regression testing after releases, vendor patches, or new integrations. Maintain detailed

system documentation, SOPs, and architecture diagrams

for IT and admin teams. Stakeholder & End‑User Support

Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 technical support for LMS incidents not resolvable at the admin level. Partner with IT security, HR, and global stakeholders to ensure compliance, data integrity, and business continuity. Conduct technical onboarding for admins and SMEs on API workflows, SCORM validation, and reporting tools. QUALIFICATIONS

Required

4+ years of LMS administration or enterprise system management experience, with a strong technical focus. Strong hands‑on expertise with

SCORM/xAPI troubleshooting, APIs, and HRIS/LMS integrations . Hands‑on experience with

APIs, system integrations, and data feeds

(JSON, REST, XML, SFTP). Proficiency with

Power BI, SQL, or advanced Excel

for data visualization and reporting. Familiarity with identity management and

SSO/IdP platforms (Azure AD, Okta, Ping) . Demonstrated experience resolving complex system errors and data anomalies. Preferred

Experience with

SAP Litmos

(or similar enterprise LMS). Knowledge of

automation tools

(Power Automate, or similar). Exposure to cloud platforms and IT infrastructure (Azure, AWS). Familiarity with compliance training at a global scale (GDPR, US data privacy, union agreements). Ability to communicate technical details clearly to both IT and non‑technical stakeholders. COMPENSATION
