Develop new products and technologies, focusing on system and platform architecture, hardware and software engineering, technical security, and QA design and certification. Conduct analysis for data mining, data visualization, network design and optimization, market and financial analysis, operations research, and decision support systems. Architect advanced Mobility Core network functions and Network Services applications for IP multimedia systems and packet data. Develop and deliver Mobility Cloud platform delivery, CI/CD workflow automation, Big Data solutions, and Azure DevOps (ADO) integration. Develop and implement cloud computing and data analytics solutions using Microsoft Azure. Code using Python, R, JavaScript, SQL, Unix shell, Ansible, and Java. Utilize tools and technologies including Git, Docker, Kubernetes, YAML, and JSON. Lead the deployment of MCPTT applications for the FirstNet AT&T project, ensuring mission-critical performance and reliability. Translate core architecture requirements into technical solutions, ensuring functionality, performance, and reliability through engineering models and software development across the vertical stack. Design, develop, document, and analyze technology systems, ensuring the maximum reuse of target state platforms such as APIs, data fabric, and data routers. Engineer integrated hardware and software solutions that meet performance, usability, scalability, reliability, and security requirements. Coordinate the design, specification, and integration of total systems and subsystems. Assess and recommend algorithms and products to enhance current systems through proof-of-concept evaluations.
