The Document Control Support Specialist will be a member of our new Magnetics business headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas. This is a rare opportunity to have an early role in developing and implementing the document control system for a greenfield advanced manufacturing facility that is shaping the future of American manufacturing. Position Responsibilities

Develop and implement the Document Control System within the Quality Management System (QMS). Ensure the Document Control System is compliant with all required third party certifications, including ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards. Work closely with peers and customers to ensure drawing control is maintained. Ensure the Document Control System and related procedures are updated, revised, and modified as needed to meet the needs of both customers and external certification bodies. Understand customer requirements and deadlines and develop execution strategies and timelines to meet them. Release and maintain controlled documentation and standardized forms for capital project programs. Transfer all project documentation to the designated Document Control system for centralized management and tracking. Implement and adhere to a comprehensive numbering system for projects, documentation, records, and drawings specific to capital projects. Work closely with the engineering teams to maintain and control project documents. Basic Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED. 1-3 years of related experience in document and record management. Computer proficiency and data entry skills. Keen sense of process flow and practical requirements. Good understanding of human factors. Previous work in industrial settings. Highly organized. Desired Qualities

Control Plan and FMEA understanding. ISO 9001 Document Control Requirements. Drawing Control experience. Experience with document control systems. Understanding of manufacturing controls.
