The Manager, Digital Marketing Analytics & Performance Planner will play a critical role in Kate Spade's customer centricity efforts. This position is responsible for the creation of actionable marketing insights, channel forecasting, reporting and measurement. The goal is to advance knowledge of the consumer journey and quantify the impact of marketing efforts. This role blends analytical rigor with strategic planning to drive measurable growth, improve ROI, and inform marketing decisions through actionable insights. The ideal candidate will balance technical skills, curiosity, and proficiency in data visualization to help solve business problems, examine results for patterns and insights, and propose analytical strategies that challenge and expand the thinking of the team. The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in marketing data analytics. Analytics & Optimization

Monitor and analyze performance metrics across owned, earned & paid digital marketing channels, including paid search, display, paid social, and email marketing. Prepare & deliver reporting. Aggregate data and insights across multiple stakeholders, vendors, and agencies into a clear, consistent view. Collaborate with Tapestry partners to build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools using platforms like Google Analytics, GA4, Tableau, or similar. Apply predictive modeling and machine learning techniques to forecast marketing outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional internal & external partners to strategically apply learnings to media activations, including recommendations for shifts in spend levels across creatives, partners/platforms optimizations, channels and/or time period adjustments. Leverage a strong understanding of customer segmentation & analytics to identify opportunities in the media mix and audience targeting, in partnership with Customer Analytics Manager.

Forecast Planning & Testing

Drive Annual, Quarterly, Monthly & Daily level marketing channel performance forecasting with Agency partners and cross functional teams Support test & learn strategy across paid & owned channels, extracting insights, opportunities, and actions from test results.

Data Management & Insights

Collect, clean, and analyze data from various marketing channels to identify trends and opportunities. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with privacy regulations. Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions. Act as a subject matter expert in marketing measurement science, specifically MMM + MTA unified-model measurement and media KPIs. Remain aware of data inconsistencies and work with IT, Tapestry Data Labs, Tapestry COE and/or the brand's Agency of Record to ensure data efficacy & quality.

Team & Vendor Collaboration

Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure campaign effectiveness. Coordinate with finance and operations teams to manage budgets and ensure efficient spend.

Qualifications

The accomplished individual will possess... 5+ years' experience working with marketing data, applied statistics, and data mining or an equivalent combination of work experience and education will be considered Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SQL, Excel, MMM/MTA, and data visualization platforms. Experienced working in a direct-to-consumer business, preferably with multiple channels of distribution. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid search, social media, email, and SEO. Proven track record of being able to work independently with business stakeholders with minimal direction and proactively engage with them. Excel at making complex concepts simple and easy to understand; strong communication and data visualization skills in translating complex concepts for peers and senior leadership.
