Monitor the cement manufacturing process from the centralized operations center; analyze equipment status, process parameters, and alarms to ensure the plant operates within specified parameters. Identify and troubleshoot process and equipment issues in a timely manner; collaborate with plant and HROC teams to resolve problems to minimize downtime and production losses. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of process parameters, equipment readings, and operational activities to assist in analysis of operational data, identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Ensure safe and continuous operation, product quality, and compliance with environmental requirements in coordination with plant personnel and other HROC staff. What Are We Looking For

Bachelor of Science/Engineering degree, preferably Chemical, Industrial or Manufacturing. Technical certifications or vocational training in process operations or a related field may substitute for a degree. Previous experience in a similar industrial environment is desirable, but not required due to the comprehensive training program. This position includes a 6-to-8-month training period covering cement manufacturing processes and equipment and key responsibilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a high degree of accuracy and precision. Excellent communication and collaboration with maintenance, engineering, and production personnel. Ability to travel in both the United States and Canada as required. What We Offer
