Partner Implementation Lead
to drive the successful launch of new commercial partnerships. This role blends program management, product solutions, commercial judgment, and technical fluency. You will be the central orchestrator across internal teams and external partners, ensuring integrations, agreements, and enablement steps are executed seamlessly. This is a
high-visibility role
with direct impact on revenue growth, partner satisfaction, and market expansion. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, can move quickly while managing detail, and has a proven ability to lead multiple high-stakes implementations simultaneously. Responsibilities Own the end-to-end partner implementation lifecycle
— from signed commercial agreement through technical go-live. Drive alignment across Product, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Capital Markets, and senior leadership. Translate partner needs into actionable product and technical requirements (e.g., workflow design, data integrations, APIs). Build deep understanding of commercial agreements, compliance frameworks (KYC/AML), data sources, and capital markets dependencies. Serve as the
primary partner contact
throughout implementation, building confidence with proactive communication and solutions-oriented problem-solving. Ensure internal operational readiness for partner launch by identifying risks early and driving resolution. Continuously refine implementation playbooks, tools, and processes to enable scale. Report on implementation progress, risks, and KPIs to senior leadership. Requirements 8+ years of experience in
program management, solutions engineering, product management, or partner enablement
in a high-growth, complex environment. Strong commercial acumen; comfortable navigating contracts, pricing terms, and negotiation touchpoints. Demonstrated success managing
cross-functional initiatives
across technical and business teams. Technical fluency: familiarity with APIs, data integrations, and system architecture. Experience in
financial services, fintech, capital markets, or compliance-heavy industries
strongly preferred. Exceptional judgment, ownership mindset, and ability to make fast, informed decisions. Gravitas to influence senior stakeholders and build trust quickly. Compensation Pay ranges for New York-based hires are commensurate with candidate experience. Compensation Range for New York Based Hires:
