Alzheimer's Ambassadors Needed Across South Carolina
Join the Alzheimer's Association as a volunteer ambassador for the "Do What You Love to END ALZ" event across South Carolina. This role helps us reach community participants and spread awareness, with the goal of ending Alzheimers disease. Volunteer Responsibilities
Lead the three volunteer teams: Leadership, Participant Engagement, and Community Outreach. Recruit and lead volunteers to achieve event growth goals. Keep current and past participants engaged. Promote the event and secure new participants. Help others create flexible fundraisers (Do What You Love to END ALZ). Ideal Volunteer Traits
Passionate about ending Alzheimers disease. Creative and enthusiastic about volunteering. Good communication skills, including phone calls. Willing to visit local groups and businesses. Committed to promoting the event and registering fundraisers. Resident of South Carolina. Timeline & Commitment
Two six?month terms: Fall (AugustJanuary) and Spring (JanuaryJuly), with year?round availability also welcomed. Commitment: 12 hours per week. Getting Started
