We are seeking to recruit a Senior Research Associate to work on public health projects in the Centre for Public Health. These projects will focus on Public Health Improvement including physical activity, active travel and public mental health. The post requires a range of research skills including reviewing literature, collecting, managing and analysing qualitative data, systems mapping, some quantitative analysis and preparing findings for publication and dissemination to academic, practice and public audiences. The appointed candidate will work independently, seeking guidance when necessary, and take high responsibility within organisational policies. Hybrid working

Hybrid working is available: a minimum of 2 days per week on campus. What will you be doing?

Reviewing literature. Collecting, managing and analysing qualitative data. Systems mapping. Some quantitative analysis. Preparing findings for publication and dissemination to academic, practice and public audiences. What should you have?

Experience in applied public health research. Experience in applied settings and a background in public health improvement (helpful). Excellent organisational and communication skills and ability to multi‑task. Contact
