Boise Cascade has an exciting opening for a Millwork IT Software Specialist! Please review the responsibilities and needed qualifications below and apply today! Scope Front-line Software support position for MWD and Paradigm configurator software. This person would be an expert on how to use all areas of the Software from an end-user perspective and be able to train users on current SOPs and processes. This position would support and interact with all Boise Cascade MW branches (non-BROSCO). Responsibilities Field support phone calls and emails from both External Dealer customers and Internal Branch customers Process ongoing software maintenance needs for Customers and Users Determine software issues and escalate to development personnel as needed Manage and maintain Software Team ticket solution Build and maintain Software usage SOPs Perform ongoing and project based Software Testing Responsive to internal and external customer needs. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Business travel is required. Qualifications Basic Qualifications:
