The Role We are looking for a BIM Coordinator to lead multidisciplinary modeling teams across complex engineering projects. This role requires a strong command of BIM software, leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to drive quality and coordination across project stages.

As a BIM Coordinator, you will be responsible for supervising and mentoring modelers, ensuring adherence to best practices, project standards, and timelines. You will proactively identify missing or conflicting information, manage RFIs and RFCs efficiently, and conduct in‑depth Quality Control reviews across assigned disciplines. Your role goes beyond execution—you will influence modeling strategies and ensure seamless collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate combines advanced modeling capabilities with solid experience overseeing documentation workflows, driving cross‑disciplinary coordination, and proactively addressing complex technical challenges. This role calls for a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to lead with confidence and clarity.

Minimum Mandatory Requirements

An excellent command of English—both spoken and written—is an absolute must.

Solid experience modeling HVAC and plumbing in Revit for commercial, industrial, healthcare, and residential construction, including process piping, ductwork, sheet metal, and mechanical equipment (pumps, AHUs, RTUs, chillers, boilers).

Experience coordinating or clash‑detecting through Navisworks (Revizto considered), knowledge of BIM coordination, clash reporting, QAQC, and model accuracy.

A mechanical or civil engineering bachelor’s degree.
