Commission Established, growing, leading Dermatology & Aesthetics Medical Products Distributor seeks an Account Manager to partner and grow business with a large network of Dermatology Practices in Florida. This position is Tampa area-based, see Territory Info in the Key Points section below. They offer a web-based, “entire marketplace” of over 750,000 products (including branded and compounded pharmaceuticals, medical equipment, surgical instruments, general medical consumables, and aesthetic products such as injectables and skincare). This company’s single source platform offers everything a practice needs and simplifies/consolidates purchasing for Dermatology and Plastic Surgery Practices, Medical Spas, Surgery Centers, and more. The firm is stable, has a strong management team, and a continual flow of new brands and products to represent. This outfit is well-positioned for continued growth. Note: This is an Inside Sales role. The successful candidate will have experience working with Dermatology practices in some capacity (required). This could include being an outside sales representative calling on Dermatologists that is seeking to leverage that experience and transition to an Inside Sales position. Position Description (Brief Overview) Achieve targeted revenue and client support objectives Develop long-lasting relationships w/clients: understand their needs, preferences, business goals Serve as the central point-of-contact for clients, managing all communication and inquiries Ensure timely and effective resolution of client concerns and requests Identify and pursue opportunities to expand accounts through upselling and cross-selling strategies Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services Review account performance metrics: identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth Relay client feedback to internal teams to advance product and service improvements Identify new client prospects, achieve new account goals Qualifications/Requirements (Brief Overview) Experience working in the Dermatology (or Medical Aesthetics, Surgical) space Familiarity with distributor networks (a plus) Demonstrated success driving account growth and achieving sales targets Strong analytical, negotiating, and problem-solving skills Exceptional organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize--manage multiple tasks Good technical/clinical acumen, able to learn new products swiftly Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to articulate complex ideas clearly Key Points
