Enterprise Regional Sales Manager (RSM)
Location: Detroit, Michigan (Remote in Michigan – requires travel)

What You’ll Do
Achieve assigned sales quota on a quarterly basis as defined by forecasting accuracy, pipeline development and closing business.
Prepare and deliver a dynamic territory strategy that expands Ericsson Enterprise Wireless portfolio across WWAN, Private Cellular, and Neutral Host.
Utilize the sales tools and resources to develop an effective prospecting plan while maintaining visibility with existing customers to ensure satisfaction.
Demonstrate a sense of urgency with prospective and existing customers as defined by documented sales activities.
Review your monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline with your sales director and/or area vice president and define appropriate actions.
Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs and incorporate into your territory strategy.
Coordinate involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources.
Maintain ongoing communication and exceptional service and support to existing customers while mirroring this model to new customers.
The Skills You Bring
Bachelor’s degree preferred and 5+ years of full‑time technical and/or carrier sales experience in enterprise accounts.
Demonstrated success in sales as defined by customer portfolio.
Strong experience and knowledge in WWAN, network, security, and telecommunications; private cellular networks and neutral host preferred.
Recent documented experience managing enterprise accounts in the defined territory.
Self‑starter with integrity and accountability; strong track record of consistent achievement.
Ability to deliver a clear and compelling value proposition to customers/partners.
