As a Boards, Commissions, and Task Force (BCTF)/Operations Service Request (OSR)

Project Manager , you will play an active role in managing, performing, and completing small-scale to large-scale assigned projects in support of BCTFs and OSRs. You will work directly with other groups in the Defense Information Security Agency’s (DISAs) Joint Service Provider (JSP) environment to ensure that projects are coordinated and completed within agreed-upon due dates. The BCTF/OSR Project Manager is responsible for elevated priorities and accelerated response times. HIGHLIGHT OF RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage move, stand-up, technology insertions, decommissions, and Boards, Commissions and Task Force projects for all JSP-supported customers within the Pentagon and across the NCR. Plan, manage, and execute small to large-scale projects concurrently and across all phases of development. Coordinate with customer POCs to gather requirements and manage expectations. Conduct walk-throughs of office spaces during all stages of the BCTF/OSR project. Coordinate with JSP Network Cabling Project Managers and Engineers throughout network cabling installation projects. Coordinate with various JSP teams (Print, Landline, VTC, Warehouse, Acquisitions, etc.) and external teams (WHS FSD, AWG) to schedule and coordinate intersecting activities. Effectively communicate project scope and schedule with customers, various JSP teams, and any other stakeholders. Work closely with and coordinate amongst OSR PMs and technicians to schedule resources (IT and tech labor) for all project tasks. Monitor workflow and make timeline adjustments as needed. Develop status reports, cost estimates, and resource plans for large scale projects. Provide clear and concise weekly reporting to leadership on project updates and constraints. Use Remedy to track, monitor, and engage services from other functional owners. Utilize a central repository (SharePoint) for project planning, collaboration, and document management. Contribute to process documentation to depict and improve OSR internal processes. Coordinate with Asset Management resources during scheduled office moves and on issuance of new equipment to ensure 100% asset accountability through DPAS. Qualifications

Required: Clearance Required: US Department of Defense (DOD) issued Interim Secret clearance. Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. Solid multi-tasking and project-oriented skills. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to conduct research into end-user issues and develop achievable courses of action to resolve them. Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language. Highly self-motivated and directed. Keen attention to detail. Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment. Willing and able to utilize own vehicle and Pentagon shuttles to travel throughout the NCR to support projects (Mark Center, Crystal City, Rosslyn, Ft. Belvoir, Chantilly, College Park, etc.). Required Education and Experience: Required Experience: 7 or more years of professional experience in the management of projects/tasks similar in scope to the current project. Required Education: Bachelor Degree or equivalent. CompTIA Security + required. Physical Requirements: This position requires the ability to perform the below essential functions: Sitting for long periods. Standing for long periods. Ambulate throughout an office.
