About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join our recruiting team. In this role, you’ll partner with hiring managers and HR professionals to identify, attract, and engage top talent — ensuring a seamless and inclusive hiring experience that aligns with the organization’s mission, vision, and values.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the
end-to-end recruitment process,
including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers, providing expert guidance throughout the hiring cycle.
Deliver an exceptional
candidate experience , emphasizing transparency, respect, and inclusion.
Develop and maintain a
diverse talent pipeline
through proactive sourcing and relationship-building.
Participate in
career fairs, networking events, and campus recruiting
to attract early-career professionals.
Leverage data and analytics to support hiring decisions and improve recruiting outcomes.
Ensure compliance with
EEO and employment laws
while maintaining accurate HRIS and ATS data.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
(Human Resources or related field preferred).
Previous experience in
recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition
strongly preferred — entry-level candidates will also be considered.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong relationship-building, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Proficiency with
HRIS and ATS systems
and Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated commitment to
