Role Description

The Impact and Inclusion Analytics Co-op will play a crucial role in supporting the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of analytical and research projects. This role will directly contribute to Comcast's impact and inclusion strategies and programmatic activities. The Co-op will also collaborate with analysts across the company to support various initiatives. Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Lead analytics projects to enhance impact and inclusion strategies and programmatic activities. Assist in the preparation and submission of Impact and Inclusion data for corporate deliverables. Undertake strategic analytics projects to uncover key trends and develop actionable recommendations. Coordinate and manage research projects to benchmark industry best practices. Gain hands-on experience in database management and Tableau dashboard development. Learn and apply SQL coding and other relevant analytics tools to extract, manipulate, and analyze data. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Preferred Skills

Experience with SQL and Tableau Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Exceptional analytical and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to engage effectively with senior management Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment Interest in telecommunications, cable, and media industries Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Preferred Majors: Data Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Management Information Systems (MIS), Technology Innovation Management, Computer Science, Computing and Security Technology Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree from Drexel University, with a cooperative learning track. Available to work 40 hours per week for 6 months starting March 30, 2026, through September 18, 2026. Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs. Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting. Accountability, Communication, Professional Etiquette, Relationship Building, Resilience, Teamwork Base Pay: $23.00 Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
