Job Summary Elevate the culinary experience with precision and passion! As the Executive Sous Chef, you’ll be a key leader in the culinary operation, supporting the Executive Chef in delivering high-quality cuisine and executing large-scale catering, concessions, and premium service. You will mentor team members, enforce standards, and drive innovation in every dish.
Qualifications
Culinary degree preferred
3+ years of experience in high-volume culinary leadership
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures
Experience managing culinary operations, inventory, and labor
Proficiency in kitchen software and systems (e.g., Catertrax, Eatec)
Key Responsibilities
Support daily kitchen operations across all service areas
Assist in menu planning, prep, and execution of large events
Lead and train culinary team members to maintain Levy standards
Maintain food cost controls and ensure proper inventory rotation
Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance across all kitchens
Serve as acting chef in the absence of the Executive Chef
