As the Catering Sales Manager, you will lead the charge in booking and planning catered events. From corporate gatherings to social celebrations, you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure events are flawlessly executed and exceed expectations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field

2+ years of experience in catering, event sales, or hospitality sales

Strong organizational and communication skills

Proficiency with event management systems (e.g., Delphi, TripleSeat)

Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business and manage existing accounts for catered events

Develop proposals and coordinate logistics with culinary and operations teams

Conduct site tours and client meetings to understand event goals

Track sales metrics and manage pipeline through CRM tools

Ensure seamless handoff from sales to event execution

Represent Levy’s commitment to exceptional hospitality and detail
