Position Overview As a restaurant leader, oversee FOH & BOH operations to ensure guest service and food quality standards are upheld at all times. You should be familiar with restaurant operations, be available to work within opening hours—including weekends and holidays—and help minimize operating costs, boost employee retention, and deliver a positive dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
Oversee FOH & BOH operations to maintain service and quality standards.
Apply knowledge of restaurant operations to ensure excellence in guest experience.
Be available during opening hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Minimize operating costs while maximizing efficiency.
Boost employee retention through effective leadership and team support.
Deliver a consistently positive dining experience for all guests.
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar hospitality leadership role.
Familiarity with restaurant management software such as Aloha or Toast.
Strong math and reporting skills.
Excellent customer service attitude.
Effective communication and team management abilities.
Availability to work within opening hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma; additional hospitality certification is a plus.
