Pay and Benefits
Driver Positions Pay weekly, $1450 or more per week.
Solo Miles Pay: $0.56 per mile with 1200 miles per week.
Solo Stops Pay: $37.30 per stop with 12 stops per week.
Per Diem Pay: $50.00 per night, 2–5 nights per week.
Brochure Bonus: $325 per trip to Bronx, Brooklyn, or Queens.
Retention Bonus: $1200 each year on anniversary.
Paid Training.
Schedule: Monday–Friday.
Start Time: 2:00 AM–4:00 AM dispatch window.
Route: Regional – SOLOTo: ME, CT, RI, NH, VT, NJ, NY (no NYC). Tractor Type: Sleeper and Day Cab. Trailer Type: Dry Van, Reefer, 53’.
Freight: No Touch – Food Products.
Truck: 36 months or newer, 24/7 roadside maintenance, company fuels at over 800 facilities nationwide.
Boot allowance provided.
Paid personal time off starts at Day 1 – 80 hours accrued in first year.
Medical, Dental, Vision starting at 30 days.
12 weeks paid maternity leave.
Immediate 401(k) rollover with company match at one year.

Requirements
Minimum 21 years of age.
Pass a Ryder drug test.
Pass a Ryder background and motor‑vehicle check including drug and alcohol verification from employers for last 3 years.
Pass a DOT physical.
Pass a Ryder road test.
Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements.
Class A verifiable experience:
9 months in past 3 years, or
2 years in past 5 years, or
5 years in past 10 years.
Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions.
Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies and/or procedures.
Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards, and guidelines.
Detect and eliminate or minimize safety hazards.
Maintain accurate records and logs.
Load/unload freight or assist in loading/unloading if required by customer.
Perform other duties as assigned.
