About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President for Program and Project Management in the construction sector, with a focus on federal contracting. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing executive leadership, oversight, and strategic direction for all program and project management functions. This includes leading and mentoring regional and functional teams, ensuring the delivery of critical construction projects for the Department of Energy and the Department of Defense in full compliance with federal requirements. The role demands a deep expertise in project controls, scheduling, estimating, field engineering, quality control, and testing, as well as a proven track record in managing large-scale construction programs under federal acquisition regulations.
Candidates for this role at The Company should have a Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 20 years of experience, including at least 5 years in multi-program federal construction leadership, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project controls, estimating, scheduling, QA/QC, testing, and commissioning, and a history of successful project delivery within the federal contracting environment. Executive-level leadership, communication skills, and expertise in project management tools are essential.
