In this pivotal role, you will provide visionary leadership, strategic direction, and oversight for all program and project management functions. You will mentor regional and functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of critical construction projects for the Department of Energy and the Department of Defense, adhering strictly to federal requirements. This role requires a robust background in project controls, scheduling, estimating, field engineering, quality control, and testing. You should showcase a proven track record of managing large-scale construction programs in compliance with federal acquisition regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 20 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in multi-program federal construction leadership, is essential. Strong expertise in project controls, estimating, scheduling, QA/QC, testing, and commissioning, along with exemplary executive leadership and communication skills, will be critical to your success. This role also mandates U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain DOE/DOD security clearance, reflecting a commitment to safety, security, and environmental compliance.
