What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Achieve clients’ fundraising and engagement goals through strategic initiatives
Provide exceptional customer service and manage day‑to‑day client relationships
Research and develop direct mail fundraising and communication strategies
Analyze campaign data to assess effectiveness and inform future strategies
Collaborate with internal teams to manage resources, project timelines, and creative concepts
What is Required (Qualifications)
1 to 3 years of general work experience, including internships and part‑time positions
Strong quantitative reasoning skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, particularly Excel
Excellent writing and editing skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a deadline‑driven environment
Willingness to take initiative and collaborate effectively with team members
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Background in direct mail communications, fundraising, and/or marketing
Experience in client management
Familiarity with political campaigns, nonprofits, or interactive marketing companies
