Cleerly’s solutions provide AI‑driven precision diagnostic tools that quantify and characterize atherosclerosis, preventing heart attacks. Our technology supports extensive clinical trials and leverages programs such as Google Workspace, Slack, Confluence/Jira, and Zoom.

Responsibilities

Actively sell to a high‑value portfolio of hospitals within a defined regional sales territory (Cleveland/Columbus). This is a “hunter” position.

Prospect and develop new business to drive revenue by identifying opportunities for cross‑selling and expansions across commercial models and Cleerly’s business opportunities.

Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on sales pipeline, revenue, and other important data.

Develop and deliver compelling proposals, position complex pricing structures, and negotiate contracts and deal‑closing requirements quickly and efficiently.

Execute key sales strategies to advance the utilization of the Cleerly solution within assigned geographies, collaborating with strategy, customer success, provider sales, and clinical account managers for account conversion.

Meet quarterly and annual sales goals by developing an account strategy and pipeline, maintaining sales reports, and developing market and competitor knowledge.

Give presentations and trainings, and travel to customer sites as needed.

70%+ travel required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

5 to 8 years of customer‑facing sales experience in health systems (medical device sales, MedTech SaaS sales), with a minimum of 3 years in a closing role.

Experience managing high‑value accounts through high‑touch partnerships.

Experience in tech environments and familiarity with technical concepts.

Strong customer service skills and ability to convey complex concepts to non‑technical audiences. Ability to negotiate, build consensus, and achieve agreement.

Innovative, creative thinker to solve customer needs in technical products.

Results‑driven contributor who can work independently and as part of a virtually collaborative team.

Ability to work cross‑functionally across multiple geographies and time zones each day.

Represent Cleerly at industry conferences and maximize potential by targeting specific leads.

Ability to adapt information and style to the audience, explaining difficult concepts concisely.

Experienced with and able to effectively manage ambiguity.

Highly curious and willing to stretch, learn, develop, and at times be uncomfortable.

Excited about and fully committed to the Cleerly mission.

Preferred

Experience working within a startup environment.

Previous experience in digital health and SaaS / SaMD sales.

Experience using CRM systems and advanced data analytics tools.

Compensation Target Total Compensation (TTC): $300,000 (base $150,000 + variable $150,000). Total Cash Compensation includes base pay, variable pay, commission, bonuses, etc.
