Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Mortgage Loan Officer located in Coeur d'Alene, ID. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for assisting customers in obtaining mortgage loans, evaluating loan applications, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the loan process. The role involves underwriting mortgage loans and ensuring compliance with regulations and institution policies.

Qualifications

Loan Officers and Mortgage Industry knowledge

Experience in Mortgage Lending and Underwriting

Strong Customer Service skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of relevant banking regulations and guidelines

Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
