What You’ll Do

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with BCBAs for mentorship, oversight, and case management. Provide direct supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians. Foster connections with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach. Implement and oversee ABA programs across clinic, home, and school settings. Monitor client progress and make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans within our online platform.

What You’ll Need

Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification. Experience providing ABA services in clinic, home, and school settings is preferred but not required. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams. Medicaid and Tricare credentialing is a plus.
