Job Opportunity: Full‑Time Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) Location: Jacksonville (West), Florida
What You’ll Do
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Collaborate with BCBA's for mentorship, oversight, and case management.
Provide direct supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians.
Foster connections with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach.
Implement and oversee ABA programs across various settings (clinic, home, school).
Monitor client progress and make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans as needed within our online platform.
What You’ll Need
Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification.
Experience in providing ABA services in clinic, home, and school settings preferred but not required.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
Medicaid and Tricare credentialing is a big bonus.
