Role Description
We’re looking for a service-driven, positive, energetic and experienced Front of House Manager to lead, inspire and motivate our team. You’ll be responsible for delivering outstanding hospitality, maintaining operational excellence, and helping to foster a team culture rooted in communication, accountability, and enthusiasm. Responsibilities
Contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture Oversee daily front-of-house operations including host, bar, and service teams Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining service standards and responding to guest concerns in real time Train, coach, and mentor staff to build a consistent and high-performing team Monitor labor and staffing needs; with scheduling, hiring, and onboarding Collaborate with kitchen and event manager to ensure seamless service and communication Conduct pre-shift meetings and maintain strong floor presence during peak hours Uphold cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols across all guest-facing areas Manage reservations and special event coordination as needed Support inventory, ordering, and product rotation for front-of-house needs Qualifications
1+ years of front-of-house management experience at a restaurant or hospitality venue Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong leadership abilities with a calm, solution-oriented approach under pressure Working knowledge of POS systems (Clover) and restaurant management tools Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Passion for hospitality and a guest-first mindset Seniority level
