Rental Coordinator Manager

to join our team. In this role, you will lead, coach, and support the Rental Coordinator team to ensure consistent execution of rental processes, compliance with corporate policies, and achievement of key performance metrics. Responsibilities

Conduct regular coaching sessions and promote employee recognition, engagement, and accountability Monitor KPIs across the department, identify opportunities for improvement, and take corrective action where needed Promote a customer-first culture and resolve customer escalations promptly Observe sales calls and coach coordinators on how to optimize results Facilitate cross-training to ensure operational coverage and promote teamwork Ensure adherence to rental processes, corporate policies, and administrative procedures Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities, aligning with division LEAN initiatives Collect and report monthly department statistics, providing insight on productivity and service levels Lead regular meetings to share best practices and reinforce alignment across the team Collaborate with other departments on rental fleet additions and renewals Monitor equipment availability to ensure supply meets regional demand Drive execution of strategic initiatives in logistics, ERP integration, and customer service improvements Required Skills & Qualifications

Prior management experience with proven leadership and coaching abilities Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems Self-motivated with a strong business acumen and sound decision-making skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset, including the ability to work with internal and external customers at all levels Excellent organizational and time management skills Benefits & Perks
