Pay Range: $20-$21/hr.
Shift: 8:00am to 4:30pm or 9:30am to 6:00pm
Schedule: Monday: 8:00am-4:30pm
Tuesday: 9:30am-6:00pm
Wednesday: 8:00am-4:30pm
Thursday: 9:30am-6:00pm
Friday: 8:00am-4:30pm
No weekends, no holidays, no on-call. Manager interviews.

Required Skills & Experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to interact effectively and in a supportive manner with varying populations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of computerized processes and data entry procedures
- High School diploma or equivalent such as a GED - Required
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program - Preferred
- AHA BLS - Required
- One of the following certifications - Required:
- CMA-NHA (National Healthcareer Association)
- CMA-NCCT (National Center for Competency Testing)
- CMA-AAMA (American Association of Medical Assistants)
- RMA-AMT (American Medical Technologists)
- RMA-NAHP (National Association for Health Professionals)
- AMCA (American Medical Certification Association)
- NCMA (National Certification Medical Association)
- Assist in providing clinical care under the supervision of a professional nurse or licensed medical practitioner
- Provide clerical office support and maintain confidentiality in all aspects of patient care
- Prepare exam/treatment rooms, instruments, and patients for visits
- Take and record vital signs in charts
- Operate special equipment and perform diagnostics such as EKG, PFT, Audiometry, Titmus, UDS, BAT, and lab work (after evaluation)
- Complete and file patient records and reports
- Assist in billing and use office software to maintain systems
- Communicate effectively based on patients' age, culture, language, or impairments
- Must be able to lift minimum 5 lbs., push/pull minimum 10 lbs., and stand at least 6 hours/day
- Other duties and/or projects as assigned
- Adhere to HMH competencies and standards
