Our client, a marketing and technology company, is looking for a temporary Executive Assistant to support their CEO. This candidate will support an administrative team of four, focusing specifically on scheduling, managing calendars, and sending reminders.
This role starts asap and will be an ongoing temporary assignment with the potential for permanent conversion if the right fit.
Location: Midtown
Hours: 8:00am-7:30pm
- Tu/Wed/Th - in office starting at 9am
- Mon/Fri - remote
- Tu/Wed/Th - leave office around 5:30pm and finish day from home
*Ability to work one weekend a month from cell phone
Responsibilities:
- Heavy calendar management
- Schedule appointments
- You must be proficient in using Outlook and iPhones, including setting and managing calendar reminders
- Assist and work with other executive assistants
Qualifications:
- Experience working with C-Level/Senior Executives
- Must be discrete and professional
- Proficient in Outlook and Tech savvy
- Personable and flexible to adapt to last-minute changes in schedule
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- No job too small mentality
