Harford Community College is seeking a detail-oriented and solutions-driven Manager, Capital Projects to oversee construction, renovation, and special projects that shape the future of our campus. As the Manager, you’ll collaborate with internal teams, architects, engineers, and regulatory agencies to manage all aspects of capital projects — from developing scopes of work to coordinating vendors, conducting inspections, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Your work will directly impact the learning environment for thousands of students and staff.
What we’re looking for:
- Associate’s degree in construction project management or a related field
- 3+ years of relevant construction/design experience
- Knowledge of local building codes and compliance regulations
- Experience with cost estimating, reviewing drawings, field reports, and managing project budgets
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
