Base pay range
$17.00/hr - $19.75/hr
Shift schedule: 40 hours per week, start date ASAP, pay rate $17?19.75/hr (based on years of experience).
Key Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
- Explain procedures clearly to ensure patient comfort and confidence.
- Collect, label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing according to established procedures.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and accuracy of patient information.
- Perform daily duties accurately and on time under the direction of the area supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
- Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collections as required.
- Accurately complete and maintain all required documentation.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy experience (required).
- Local candidates within 30 miles of Boca Raton are eligible.
Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
