Key Responsibilities
Patient Care & Phlebotomy
- Perform venipuncture and capillary collections, including pediatric, geriatric, and forensic specimens
- Clearly explain procedures and ensure patient comfort, trust, and confidence
- Verify patient identity and demographics; obtain patient initials/signature post?venipuncture to confirm proper specimen labeling
- Accurately label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing
- Maintain complete and accurate records in compliance with HIPAA and company policies
- Ensure specimens are labeled in the patients presence and match patient identifiers
Operational & Float Responsibilities
- Travel between multiple Patient Service Centers (PSC) and in?office phlebotomy sites with minimal notice
- Arrive on time and fully prepared for each assigned location
- Adapt quickly to varying workflows, staffing needs, and site procedures
- Submit mileage for reimbursement per company policy

Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years phlebotomy experience Required.
- Must include pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
Note: Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.
Note: Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
