Our practice provides state?of?the?art medical care with compassion and expertise, offering a full range of surgical services from routine procedures to emergency interventions, including soft tissue, orthopedic, and ophthalmic surgery. Founded in 1995 under Dr. Yakov Sheynberg, the first Russian?speaking licensed veterinarian in New York, we have been dedicated to exceptional care ever since.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and their pets warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle client inquiries.
• Process payments, manage billing, and maintain accurate client records.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Coordinate with the veterinary team to ensure smooth client communication and patient care.
• Assist with administrative tasks to support the day?to?day operations of the practice.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a veterinary office (preferred).
• Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast?paced environment.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
