Responsibilities As a Veterinary Receptionist at Sheepshead Bay Veterinary Group , you will: Welcome clients and their pets warmly, ensuring a positive first impression. Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle client inquiries. Process payments, manage billing, and maintain accurate client records. Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming. Coordinate with the veterinary team to ensure smooth client communication and patient care. Assist with administrative tasks to support the day-to-day operations of the practice. Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in veterinary office is preferred. Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
