Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Recruiter to support high-volume recruiting efforts for helicopter pilots and mechanics. This is a fast-paced, 90-day assignment with the possibility of extension, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys candidate engagement and proactive sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and pipeline qualified helicopter pilots and mechanics
  • Conduct phone screens and pass candidates along to hiring managers
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines and applicant records
  • Cold call potential candidates to generate interest and build talent pipelines
  • Follow up regularly with hiring managers and candidates throughout the process
  • Attend weekly check-ins with hiring managers and internal recruiting team
  • Proactively chase and prompt hiring managers for feedback or next steps as needed
What We're Looking For:
  • Prior experience recruiting helicopter pilots and/or mechanics is strongly preferred
  • Excellent phone and written communication skills
  • Confident, proactive, and comfortable following up with unresponsive stakeholders
  • Highly organized and dependable and able to commit to the full 90-day contract
  • Strong follow-through and attention to detail
  • A collaborative team player who works well with other recruiters
  • Adaptable and flexible and able to adjust to changing priorities and workloads
Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
