Job Description
Job Profile Summary: The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the IT Leadership Team while assisting with coordination of activities and events at the Atlanta Hub. This role requires exceptional organization, discretion, and communication skills, along with a collaborative spirit to support the IT leadership team and ATL hub needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the IT Leadership Team, including managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and resolving conflicts proactively.
- Coordinate functional meetings, team offsites, and department eventsmanaging logistics, catering, and meeting materials.
- Support internal communications, team announcements, and presentation preparation for the IT Leadership Team.
- Arrange travel and process expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Serve as a delegate in Ariba for invoice approvals and reconciliation.
- Assist with onboarding new team members
- Partner with Site Leaders and local operations teams to support Atlanta Hub activities such as employee events, catering coordination, and other on-site engagement efforts.
- Provide coordination support for special projects, cross-functional initiatives, and key business priorities.
- Contribute to fostering a positive team culture by being a reliable, approachable, and solutions-oriented partner.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience supporting senior or executive leaders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and anticipate needs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to interact professionally at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability, sound judgment, and high attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with SAP, Ariba, and SharePoint is a plus.
- Collaborative, customer-service mindset with a proactive and positive "can-do" attitude.
