The Software Engineer will provide support and technical expertise for the development of an enterprise-wide system architecture. Responsibilities Demonstrate knowledge of development practices involved with multi-platform environments. Possess understanding of multi-team coding methods and lead development teams in programming practices. Experience in Azure Services, including design, advising, and implementing complex system designs. Develop software modules in languages specified by the government, such as CSS, HTML, JavaScript, C#, or Power Platform tools, using platforms like Visual Studio, VS Code, or Azure Portal. Design, engineer, and implement database schemas to support various business areas. Maintain and manipulate data relationships using database tools and SQL programming languages. Create data dumps and reports for different business areas. Collaborate with the Government Project Manager to identify and implement management tools and practices to ensure timely deliveries. Apply modern software development techniques such as Agile, TDD, CI/CD, and source control with Git. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, with 2-5 years of professional experience preferred. Potential requirement for a CompTIA Security+ certification prior to starting. Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite. Effective communication skills at all organizational levels. Strong interpersonal skills and sound judgment, capable of working independently or in teams. Physical Demands Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to twist, bend, and squat periodically. Security Clearance Must be able to obtain a security clearance at the Public Trust level. US Citizenship required for Public Trust clearance.
