Entry-Level Welder

Compensation: $24+/hour
Available Shifts: 2nd shift (Monday - Friday, 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.) 3rd shift (Sunday - Thursday, 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.)

What You'll Do:
In this role, you'll help build the steel structures that make modern life possible from traffic poles to cell towers to irrigation systems. We'll train you on the tools, techniques, and safety standards that set Valmont apart.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Performing MIG welding on structural steel components
- Reading basic blueprints and work instructions
- Inspecting welds and ensuring product quality
- Following safety procedures and reporting issues
- Working closely with team members to meet production goals
What You Bring:
We're looking for motivated individuals who want to work hard, learn fast, and build something that matters.
Ideal Candidates Have:
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Basic familiarity with hand tools or power tools
- Interest in welding or fabrication work
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- No prior welding experience required we'll train you
