Location: Redmond, WA - Hybrid - 4 days onsite

Typical Day in the Role

  • Provide administrative support to two General Managers (GMs) within the Consumer Marketing team.
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings across multiple time zones, and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Handle expense reporting, procurement, and budget tracking in compliance with internal policies.
  • Coordinate team events including morale activities, “Thrive” annual events, and all‑hands meetings.
  • Collaborate closely with Chiefs of Staff, Executive Administrators, and Program Managers to ensure operational alignment and business rhythm.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information.

Work is typically split 50/50 between supporting two GMs with a focus on calendar, scheduling, and expense management.

Key Projects

  • Ongoing administrative and operational support for two GMs.
  • Coordination and participation in annual org‑wide event and other morale‑building events.
  • Support for integrated marketing initiatives and product launch activities across the Consumer Marketing organization.

Candidate Requirements

Experience: 2-3 years overall, with minimum 2 years supporting executive leaders.

Disqualifiers: Frequent job changes (less than 1 year per role) without clear rationale.
