Summary
This position is a key contributor to the organization’s talent management and HR initiatives, supporting the execution and coordination of HR programs. It involves managing internal talent movements, coordinating engagement survey administration, succession and talent planning efforts, employee relations, HR compliance training, and ensuring adherence to HR policies and employment legislation.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support and coaching to leaders for employee relations matters, performance management, corrective action, documentation, investigation support, and policy interpretation.
- Assist with the development and implementation of employee engagement action plans and initiatives.
- Support the implementation of engagement surveys, including action plans and tracking.
- Monitor engagement metrics and collaborate with the HR Director to improve overall results.
- Collaborate with leadership to update and maintain accurate job descriptions and support compensation adjustments.
- Support HR communications and initiatives related to various HR programs.
- Coordinate and support Talent Review (9‑box) and Succession Planning activities.
- Track development plans and career pathing conversations.
- Maintain employee change form documentation and data entry life cycle.
- Support recruitment efforts as needed.
HR Policy and Legal Compliance
- Act as point of contact for job accommodation requests and ensure timely, confidential handling.
- Coordinate accommodations with employees and managers.
- Maintain compliance with ADA and other applicable laws.
- Partner with HR Director on special projects.
- Respond to positive pre‑employment drug tests and follow up.
- Support compliance reporting for Motor Vehicle Checks and follow up.
- Update HR policies with guidance from leadership.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, industrial relations or applicable focus.
- 4+ years of experience.
- Proficient HRIS skills.
- Strong understanding of ADA, employee engagement, job analysis, and employee relations.
- Computer proficiency (MS Office 365: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Work under pressure, meet deadlines and provide exemplary customer service.
- Handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
- Use time productively, maximize efficiency, and meet challenging goals.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Uphold company values and maintain a high standard of conduct.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Experience working in construction and/or real estate.

- Travel required up to 10% of the time.

- Use a computer/laptop/iPad in a natural lighting environment.
- Navigate between office floors and attend off-site meetings.

Salary Range
$65,000 to $80,000 annually, plus discretionary incentive program.
