Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative (CSR) with strong customer service soft skills, routine orders entry skill, order tracking, and problem resolution. You will be responsible for all customer types of inquiry and products, and you will be working closely with customer and internal teams to provide exceptional customer service in a fast‑paced environment.

Location: Brea, CA

Employment type: Contract

Expected duration: 3+ months (contract)

Compensation: $21.00/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a timely and efficient manner.
• Process customer orders via fax, EDI, and phone.
• Enter all standing orders and special pricing agreements for a designated region.
• Support field reps (sales and service) with day‑to‑day inquiries and placement of orders, including proof of delivery of shipments as needed.
• Maintain accuracy at both departmental and individual level.
• Be knowledgeable on products and special projects as required by manager.
