Haul Lane Manufacturing is seeking a detail-oriented and creative
Database, Website Design & Marketing Specialist
to manage our online presence and digital systems. The ideal candidate will have experience entering, updating, and maintaining data within websites and databases, combined with strong design and marketing skills using Adobe Creative Suite.
You will play a key role in organizing digital content, maintaining product listings, creating marketing visuals, and improving the overall user experience on our website.
Key Responsibilities
Insert, update, and maintain product and company information across website databases and digital platforms.
Design, edit, and optimize website pages using CMS tools (WordPress, Shopify, or custom platforms).
Use
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign
to create marketing materials, website graphics, and promotional content.
Collaborate with sales and management teams to ensure accurate and consistent product information online.
Improve website structure, navigation, and visual appeal for better customer engagement.
Assist in SEO optimization, keyword tagging, and online advertising campaigns.
Manage and track marketing content performance (email campaigns, online ads, social media).
Troubleshoot website or database entry errors and ensure data accuracy.
Maintain organized digital file systems and backups.
Qualifications
1–3 years
of experience in website content management, data entry, or digital marketing.
Proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign required).
Experience with
website builders or CMS platforms
(e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Wix).
Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy in data entry.
Knowledge of
SEO fundamentals
, marketing automation, or CRM systems a plus.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics preferred.
Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
