As a Kitchen and Bath Designer, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting store success. You will engage with customers by welcoming them, assessing their kitchen and/or bath project needs, and providing informative showroom tours. Your expertise will guide them throughout the design process, from arranging measurements to presenting room designs and making tailored purchasing recommendations. Your responsibilities include: Delivering exceptional customer service with a friendly and efficient approach. Coordinating kitchen and bath measures for customer projects. Ensuring showroom displays and special order presentations create an appealing and safe shopping environment. Monitoring and restocking samples and brochures to support our In Stock initiatives.
