As a Kitchen and Bath Designer at Home Depot, you will play a crucial role in creating beautiful and functional spaces for our customers. You will be at the forefront of supporting our core store priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Your responsibilities will include: Offering exceptional customer service by welcoming shoppers, understanding their kitchen and bath project needs, and providing them with informative showroom tours. Assisting customers with kitchen and bath measurements, and guiding them through the design process. Making tailored product recommendations that meet the unique preferences and requirements of each customer. Maintaining stock levels of design samples and brochures, ensuring all materials are readily available for customer engagement. Upholding the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of special order displays and showrooms to create an inviting shopping experience.
