Overview
Member Service Representative PRECorp, a member-owned electric cooperative serving residential and commercial customers across five counties in northeast Wyoming, is accepting applications for a Member Service Representative at our Sundance office. The MSR delivers prompt, efficient, and courteous service to PRECorp’s member-owners, prioritizing the needs of the cooperative and maintaining high standards of productivity, efficiency, quality, and professionalism. Responsibilities
Respond to member calls, emails, and walk-ins with accurate information and courteous service. Assist with inquiries about billing, payments, rates, and electric usage. Help with payment arrangements, capital credit questions, and related processes. Create service orders for requests such as new services, disconnections/retirements, reconnections, service transfers, upgrades, and issues with security lights or equipment. Provide information about special programs such as PREPay, Heat Rate, Net Metering, Budget Billing, and Time of Use Rate (as detailed on the PRECorp website). Qualifications
High school education required. 1–2 years of general office experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual communications are desired. Application and About PRECorp
