Regional Sales Manager Department:
North America Sales - Original Equipment Position Overview:
As a Regional Sales Manager for the Northeast, you will serve as the primary contact for Ruhrpumpen sales and customer support within your territory. Your responsibilities include managing major EPC accounts, expanding market share, and growing profitability for the assigned product portfolio and aftermarket services. Main Responsibilities: Act as the single point of contact for major EPCs and HQ accounts in the territory. Maintain active communication with in-house personnel. Develop and maintain relationships with key buying influences to enhance customer and territory engagement. Identify customer needs and collaborate to define solutions. Manage territory/customer forecasts, budgets, and control costs using approved systems and policies. Negotiate orders, including technical, commercial, and legal terms. Maintain all customer and territory communications through daily updates in CRM, including industry and market analysis to support strategic planning. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 5+ years of experience in sales roles within the pump industry, preferably in the West Coast region. Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time. Commercial experience in the Oil & Gas and related industries. Excellent communication skills. Ability to develop and implement business plans. Territory:
WV, PA, NY, VT, ME, NH, MA, CT, RI, NJ, DE, MD. Candidates residing in these states are encouraged to apply.
