Trillium has an immediate opening for an Industrial Sales Manager in the Joliet, Tinley Park, and Chicago Heights area. Great opportunity with a multinational company selling industrial capital equipment. If you love sales and building a new book of business, then this Direct-Hire opportunity could be just what you seek. This internationally renowned company is looking for an Industrial Sales Manager with a “Hunter Mentality.” This role would oversee a territory south of Chicago and will cover the areas south of the 55 with a southern cutoff near Elwood, Manhattan, and Monee. The territory has a western cutoff along Rt 53. The Industrial Sales Manager will receive outstanding company perks and benefits and unlimited earning potential. Develop, maintain, and grow your territory Position reports directly to the Branch Manager Meet and exceed your Branch Manager's expectations Frequent travel within the territory for sales meetings and prospecting, as well as periodic meetings at the Chicago branch office Compensation
$60-65,000 base salary + commission + bonus Commission averages $30,000 the first year Guaranteed commission of $2,000-2,500 for the first 6 months Quarterly bonus potential of $2,500 Total annual compensation averages $100-105,000 Company perks
