If you love sales and building a new book of business, then this Direct-Hire opportunity could be just what you seek! This internationally renowned company is looking for an Industrial Sales Manager with a “Hunter Mentality”!

This role would oversee a territory that includes the North side of St. Louis above I-70 and extends 75-100 miles East into Southern Illinois. Looking for a candidate that lives in the St. Louis metro area.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and grow your territory

Position reports directly to the Branch Manager

Meet and exceed your Branch Manager's expectations

Frequent travel within the territory for sales meetings and prospecting, as well as periodic meetings at the St. Louis branch office

Compensation

$60-65,000 base salary + commission + bonus

Commission averages $30,000 the first year

Guaranteed commission of $20,000 for the first 12 months (approximately $1,665 per month)

Annual bonus potential of $12,500

Total annual compensation averages $102,500 - $107,500

Qualifications

B2B sales experience with prospecting

Strong technical aptitude to learn about industrial equipment

Industrial sales and capital equipment experience is a plus, but not required

Must have a current/valid driver\'s license with a clean record
