Full Stack Developer
Location: Rue des Bourlottes 9, 1367 Grand-Rosière (Farm 2), Belgium. Department: Research & Development.
We are looking for a passionate developer to join a great open source project. Your work will directly contribute to Odoo's core and millions of users worldwide.
Job Overview After 2 weeks of functional training and 2 weeks of technical training, you will join one of our ~20 technical teams (e-commerce, accounting, JS framework, bugfix, tech support, etc.) and work on real production code. You will own your responsibilities and collaborate with experienced developers.

Business apps – Point of Sales, Inventory, Accounting.
Client framework – OWL.
Server framework – PostgreSQL‑based ORM.
Website builder – no‑code alternative to Shopify/Wix/Wordpress.
API connectors – payment gateways, delivery providers, ChatGPT, etc.
Odoo.sh – cloud platform.
Customer services – bug fixing, tech support, consultancy.
Security – code reviews, pentesting, best practices.
Database migration – SQL and Python scripts.
Responsibilities
Develop and improve applications.
Take ownership of your work.
Back‑end and front‑end development.
Challenge ideas on a day‑to‑day basis.
Must Have Skills
Experience with several programming languages.
Object‑oriented programming.
Passion for development.
Quick and autonomous learning.
English reading and writing.
Nice to Have
Contribution to open‑source projects.
Bachelor or Master degree.
Python, JavaScript knowledge.
Linux, GitHub familiarity.
